• Customer services are not really customer-oriented and don't expect them to solve your problem easily

• Driver's seat is on the right side, you have to be careful if used to drive on the left.
• If there is a Schoolies time on the Gold Coast, I don't recommend to go to Surfers Paradise at nights, it could be dangerous
